ToDoList! Privacy Policy

Awake4Start (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the rights you can exercise.

At a glance

Sign‑in uses Unity Player Accounts (UPA) with Google as an identity provider; data sync is handled by Unity Cloud Save across PC and mobile.
We only collect the minimum information needed for account and sync, plus crash logs. No advertising or behavioral analytics.
We do not sell data. No third‑party sharing except processors needed to operate the service (for example, Unity).
When you delete your account/data, we do not retain separate backups.

1. Information we collect

1) Account & sign‑in (required)

Google‑linked user identifier (UID/subject) and email address
Authentication tokens and expiry time

2) Service use & sync

Items you save in ToDoList!: to‑dos/schedules, completion state, tags, and sync timestamps

3) Stability data

Crash/ANR logs used solely to improve reliability

No other data is collected beyond the above.

2. How we collect

Via sign‑in/ linking and when you use sync features

3. Why we use your information

Identity verification and account management
Cross‑device sync and data storage/restore
Security, fraud prevention, performance and reliability
Notices and customer support

4. Retention

We delete personal data without undue delay when you delete your account or request data deletion.
Where laws require retention, we keep data for the legally required period only.

No backup is kept after account deletion.

5. Sharing and processors

No sale or third‑party sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except as processors acting on our behalf.

Processors

Unity Technologies — authentication via Unity Player Accounts and data storage/sync via Unity Cloud Save.

Google acts only as an identity provider (IdP) for sign‑in. We do not use Google user data for advertising or sale.

6. International transfers

Unity’s infrastructure (and its service providers) may be located outside your country, including the United States. When using the service, your data may be processed and stored in those countries.

Recipient: Unity Technologies and its affiliates/service providers
Data: account identifiers, auth tokens, ToDoList! data you save (to‑dos/schedules), sync metadata, crash logs
Method: secure network transfer during service use
Retention: as described in Section 4

7. Children’s data

The service is not primarily directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 without verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. We support guardian requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of a child’s information.

On the main screen, press and hold the title at the top‑center for 10 seconds.
In the confirmation dialog, type Yes into the input field.
Tap Delete to permanently remove your account and all synced data.

9. Security

TLS encryption in transit
Least‑privilege access to tokens and identifiers
Access logging and tamper protection
Periodic internal reviews and improvements

10. Additional notice about Google user data

We access and use Google user data only as needed for sign‑in and sync. We do not sell or use such data for ads.
We follow Google’s applicable policies for transparency, limited use, and deletion.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will notify you in‑app and on this page at least 7 days in advance (30 days for material changes).
